Hundreds of fully funded activities are now available for booking across Bristol this summer!
Your Holiday Hub activities are completely free for children from reception to year 11 who receive benefit-related free school meals. Every activity includes a healthy meal as part of the day, plus fun activities, trips, youth clubs and adventure playgrounds.
Who can attend?
Activities are open to children of school age who receive benefit-related free school meals. This includes children whose parents receive qualifying benefits and have had their claim verified by their school or local authority, as well as children in reception, year 1 and year 2 who receive universal infant free school meals and are also eligible for benefit-related free school meals.
SEND Support: Children and young people on the SEND register or with an EHCP are welcome at all sessions. Please contact individual providers to discuss any specific needs.
What to expect
Your Holiday Hub offers much more than just activities. Children will enjoy free healthy meals and snacks, take part in fun, engaging activities close to home, connect with other children and young people, learn about food through cookery lessons, and build community connections.
Since 2019, Bristol has been committed to ensuring no child goes hungry during school holidays. Your Holiday Hub is funded by the government’s Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, with Bristol receiving over £1.8m to support more than 19,000 eligible children and young people.
Other options
If your child doesn’t qualify for benefit-related free school meals, you can still search for ‘open access’ or ‘paid’ activities. Contact providers directly to find out how to book these sessions.
You can explore all the activities on offer on the Your Holiday Club website.
