Supportive Parents provides the Special Educational Needs & Disability Information, Advice and Support (SENDIAS) Service in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

They provide free, confidential and impartial advice to children, young people and their parents about SEND and ensure that the views and experiences of children, young people and their parents inform policy and practice.

They raise awareness of SEND issues, processes and procedures and promote and maintain good partnerships between children and young people, their parents and carers, professionals, the local authority and health. Professionals can use SENDIASS to improve SEND knowledge, local issues and participation.
